About Chef Michael C

Hello, I’m Chef Michael C., and my passion for cooking began at just 16 years old when I landed my very first job as a cook at Shoney’s. From that moment, I fell in love with the art of food. Over the years, I worked in several restaurants, learning different techniques, exploring flavor profiles, and developing my own unique approach to cooking.

As life went on, I started a family, and like many, I had to step away from my passion to pursue a career that provided financial stability. Cooking wasn’t always the most profitable path, but it never left my heart. Now, with my family grown and building lives of their own, I’ve returned to my first love—cooking—with more determination than ever.

To sharpen my skills, I studied under South Carolina’s Ambassador Chef, where I expanded my culinary knowledge and elevated my craft to the next level. Today, I’m excited to share that passion through my own line of seasonings: Eeezee Peezee All-Purpose Seasoning—available in both Regular and Heat.

Eeezee Peezee was created to make cooking flavorful, fun, and effortless for everyone. Whether you’re in the kitchen at home or on the grill outside, it’s the seasoning that makes great food simple—just like the name says.
